You can click on any picture to see the details of the person in need and have the option to email them directly to get in touch, if you selected you want to directly donate to the recipient. Otherwise you need to pay your desired amount for the donation and clearly state for whom or which project it is in the payment.

If at any time you are not sure how to proceed, please do not hesitate to email us. People in need often don’t have an e-mail address or phone number because they don’t have a computer or phone, and no internet café. So if you have problems reaching the person you want to support directly, you can always contact us and we will be happy to help you establish communication. Since sometimes not even the addresses are clearly identifiable, we have to be very flexible and rely on our intermediaries, who can only reach some of the recipients through personal visits.
